Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

We're happy to offer Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. To keep this option reliable for everyone, a few terms apply:

Order Confirmation

Some COD orders may require a small advance payment at checkout to confirm the order, with the remaining balance collected on delivery. This applies selectively based on order value, delivery location, or other factors — you'll always see exactly what's due at checkout before placing your order.

Delivery

Please keep exact change ready where possible. Our delivery partner will collect the balance amount at the time of delivery.

Order Refusal

Refusing a COD delivery without prior cancellation may affect eligibility for COD on future orders.

Availability

COD is not available for all pincodes or order values. If COD isn't available for your address, you'll see prepaid options only at checkout.
