Physical orders
Made to order, so please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order ships. Once it ships, you'll get a tracking link by email. Delivery typically takes 5–9 business days depending on your location.

Shipping questions
Yes. Shipping cost and timing are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Email us as soon as possible — if production hasn't started, we can usually update it.
Email us a photo (for damage) or your tracking number (for a lost package) within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund.
